☛ Sizing details

We offer handmade items with approximate sizes explained in item detail pages. But as nearly all our items are handmade, the sized may vary. It is why you mail see "~" symbol where sizes are mentioned in details. This means the items sizes may vary give or take a few centimetres although we always aim for the agreed sizes.


☛ Non-UK Order Deliveries

We dispatch the orders within the time-frame promised while you order. The shipping date can be viewed from your orders history page. IF your item is not delivered within the stated shipping time frame - which is estimated while you purchase-, we are bound to wait 25 business days to cancel your order and refund as the Royal Mail accepts lost claims after 25 business days of dispatch date.


☛ COVID-19 effecting the deliveries

We are experiencing delays in deliveries, especially international orders and we are doing all we can to make sure you receive your item as soon as possible. But the delays are out of our hands as customs are slower, airline traffic is decreased, some countries have their borders closed and there is a decrease in key worker numbers - all due to COVID-19.
Please bear with us during this hard times and we will try our best to overcome similar issues if you experience it with your delivery.
