How to make Macrame Christmas Ornament

It is nearly that time of year! 2020 is almost over and it is everyone's hope that 2021 will be a better year for not only self, but for the whole world.

So when the Halloween is over, we are already ready to turn on the Christmas mood for ourselves.

I have been making some ornaments for our tree this year. The idea is to replace all plastic ornaments and replace by handmade macrame ones. 

While I have been working on the task, I made a video for anyone out tere who is interested in maing one with Modern Macrame techniques.

What you need;

• Main Square Knot: 2 x 1 meter and 2 x 20cm macrame cord (I used a 4mm 3 ply cord in the video. But the finished one on the video is made with 3mm cord. Just changes the size of the knots)
• Tassels: 1 x 40cm yarn or string  to tie the edges together and some yarn or string to put between the edges to give the tassel some color.
